Meet Emma!
We have arrived to Emma, who is one of our team leaders in the pack part of the production.
- Tell us a little about yourself:
My name is Emma and I am 33 years old. I live in Gråbo with 2 children, a partner and 3 cats. We moved here in 2013. Originally I'm from Småland's forests.
- What did you do before you started with us?
I was working in Värnamo when I met my partner and we decided to move in together in Gothenburg. Once there, I took a job as a telemarketer as I could start straight away. During the first year I became pregnant, on maternity leave, a home owner and dismissed.
- What made you apply for the job?
When I was on maternity leave, they laid off the entire office I worked at. My partner then worked together with the partner of one of Bar's employees. I called Rickard after 5 pm and got an interview the next day. I love speed and to have a lot to do and that's exactly what Bars offered. With only a few minutes walking distance from home, my partner took over the parental leave and I started working.

Problem solver, spontaneous and stubborn
- What does a really good day off look like for you?
The perfect day is spent with the family on an excursion during the day. End with a good cider or a glass of wine with our fantastic neighbors.
